This bundled collection includes the following products:- The Complete Sky & Telescope: Seven Decade Collection – Sky & Telescope has expertly covered the science and hobby of astronomy and space exploration since before Eisenhower created NASA. For seven decades, we've kept amateur astronomers informed about significant discoveries, plus in-depth articles on observing like a pro, telescope-making techniques, astrophotography and historical astronomy. Now you can own all 818 monthly issues, covering 70 years of astronomy from November 1941 through December 2009.
- The Telescope Digital Collection 1933-1941 – The Telescope was founded at Perkins Observatory near Columbus, Ohio, in 1931. This quarterly pamphlet featured mostly professional astronomers writing about the cutting-edge scientific topics of their era for a popular audience. The Telescope was significantly expanded when it moved to the Harvard College Observatory in 1934. The DVD archive consists of all 48 issues published after the move to Harvard.
- The Sky Digital Collection 1936-1941 – The Sky was founded at the Hayden Planetarium in New York City, and the first issue was printed in 1935. It concentrated on astronomical information for the amateurs of the day: observing, telescope making, star lore, and more, in ways that now look both strange and familiar. It became an independent publication under S&T founder Charles Federer in 1939. The early years of S&T look a lot like the later issues of The Sky. The DVD archive consists of all 60 issues of The Sky.
- Sky & Telescope 2010 Collection on DVD – Add the entire 2010 Sky & Telescope collection to your library on ONE space-saving DVD! You'll get every issue of Sky & Telescope Magazine from 2010 on an easy-to-use DVD that is searchable by text & printer-friendly!
